LOGIN ISSUES:
I purchased a membership, but I am unable to log in to the site. Why is that?

Have you ACTIVATED your membership?

When you purchase a new or renewing membership, you first need to activate your membership using the activation code sent to you after you have made your purchase. Your code should have also been made available to you on your confirmation page once you made your purchase in the online store.

If you are a NEW member, please go to the registration page to enter your activation code and activate your membership.

If you are RENEWING your membership, you can re-activate your membership on the renewal page.

I CAN'T FIND MY ACTIVATION CODE

Have you checked your junk mail?

Frequently, email programs will filter out messages from new email addresses as "spam." Be sure to check your junk mail folder. Your code should have also been made available to you on your confirmation page once you made your purchase in the online store.

Please remember to set junk mail filters so that they do not filter out emails from addresses ending in "@musictoday.com"

If you still cannot find your activation code, please email us at   Insiders@musictoday.com or call us at 1-866-433-4592. We can help you activate your membership and make sure that you are able to login.


I have ACTIVATED my account, but I am unable to login to the site.

Step 1
The 'password' field to login is case-sensitive. Please make sure that you are using the correct password.

Step 2
If this does not work, you may need to clear your browser's "cache" also known as "temporary Internet Files").

To clear your cache in the Firefox browser:
Go to "Tools" >
Then "Clear private Data"
Then check the box for "Cache" and click "Clear Private Data Now"

To clear your cache in the Internet Explorer browser:
Go to "Tools" >
Then "Internet Options"
Then, under "Temporary Internet Files" click "Delete Cookies"

To clear your cache in the Safari browser (on a Mac):
Click the Safari menu drop-down
Select "Clear Cache"

Restart your Internet browser

If you still cannot log in after following the steps above, please email us  at  Insiders@musictoday.com or call 1-866-433-4592. Please include your member information and a description of the problem. We will address the problem as soon as we are able, but please keep in mind that emails can often take 24-48 hours for an initial response.


Can I change my Password?

Yes, you change your password at anytime. To change this information, log in to the site and go to the "Member Info" section to alter your account information.

Can I change my Username?

You can change your username once every 30 days. To change this information, log in to the site and go to the "Member Info" section to alter your account information.

Some of my information is listed incorrectly (i.e. username, member number, message board post-count, message board level, etc…). Can you correct my information?

Yes. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please email us Insiders@musictoday.com and we will adjust this information on an individual basis as soon as we are able. Please include as much of your member information as you can (Name, Member number, original username, current email address, phone number, etc…)

What if I have not yet received my membership card and pin and it has been over 6 weeks since I joined?

Please send your name, mailing address and member number to: insiders@graceland.com

Network Congestion
Due to the amount of traffic we receive, you may occasionally encounter some network lags or problems logging on to Graceland Insiders. If you find that you cannot enter the web site, but you have done so successfully in the past, please continue to try as the number of users is in constant flux. If, after repeated attempts to log on, you still can't get in, please contact Customer Service.

Sessions
For your security, we have set your Session to expire when you close your browser window. Please remember that content is constantly being updated so it is a good idea to refresh or reload pages each time you visit the Graceland Insiders site. AOL users, please be advised that the servers that AOL routes their users to will cache Graceland Insiders and all other websites for up 72 hours. Also, for those of you who share a computer, but have different memberships, one user must log off before the next member enters the site.

Cookies
In order to enter Graceland Insiders your browser must be configured to accept cookies. By default, most browsers are set-up correctly; however should you encounter errors when attempting to navigate the site, just follow these directions to set up cookies on your browser.

Internet Explorer 5 Users
From your browser window click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the browser, scroll down and highlight the "Internet Options" menu item. This will bring up a dialog box with a number of tab buttons at the top. Click on the "Security" tab. Select "Internet" content zone. If "Security level for this zone" has a slider, then set it to "Medium", or if not click the "Custom Level" button, and scroll down within the window until you've reached the "Cookies" section. Click the "Allow per-session Cookies (not stored)" option. Set this to "Enable" and then click on the OK button to accept the change and close the dialog box. Cookies should now be enabled.

Internet Explorer 6 Users
From your browser window click on the "Tools" menu at the top of the browser, scroll down and highlight the "Internet Options" menu item. This will bring up a dialog box with a number of tab buttons at the top. Click on the "Privacy" tab. Move the slider so it is NOT set to "Block all cookies". Click the "Advanced" button and check "Override automatic cookie handling". Check "Always allow session cookies" and click on the OK button. Click the OK button that now is in focus to accept the change and close the dialog box. Cookies should now be enabled.

Netscape 4 Users
From your browser window click on the "Edit" menu at the top of the browser, scroll down and highlight the "Preferences" menu item. This will bring up a dialog box with a menu cascading down the left hand side of the window. Click on the "Advanced" menu option. In the right hand side of the dialog box click the "Always Accept Cookies" option and then click on the "OK" button to accept the change and close the dialog box. Cookies should now be enabled.

Netscape 6 Users
From your browser window click on the "Edit" menu at the top of the browser, scroll down and highlight the "Preferences" menu item. This will bring up a dialog box with a menu cascading down the left hand side of the window. Click on the "Privacy & Security" menu option. This should expand the menu. Click on the "Cookies" menu option. In the right hand side of the dialog box click the "Enable all cookies" option and then click on the OK button to accept the change and close the dialog box. Cookies should now be enabled.

AOL Users
From your AOL menu, click on the "Settings" menu, scroll down and highlight the "Preferences" menu item. This will bring up the "Preferences" window. Click on the "Internet Properties (WWW)" hyperlink. This should open a new dialog box. Click on the "Privacy" tab. Move the slider so it is NOT set to "Block all cookies". Click the "Advanced" button and check "Override automatic cookie handling". Check "Always allow session cookies" and click on the OK button. Click the OK button that now is in focus to accept the change and close the dialog box. Cookies should now be enabled.
